A Day in Our Kitchen – Fun-damentals of Tex-Mex

This special three-hour participation class will let you spend a day in our kitchen learning the fundamentals of classic Tex-Mex cooking.  Tex-Mex is a popular cuisine in area restaurants, but so much better when you make it at home. In this totally hands-on class, we’ll learn a bevy of basic techniques that will expand your repertoire.  Limited to 8 students

Menu: Guacamole, corn and bean salad, fresh salsa, queso and chips, chicken enchilada  and veggie enchilada, Mexican rice and beans and Mexican hot chocolate brownies
