It’s time to truly embrace the start of summer and gather your friends and family round for a feast! In Jim’s class, you will learn everything from barbecue to basics to some “secrets” that earned him 76 grand-championships over his 28-year competition career. Jim will be sharing tips to transform various cuts of beef into deliciously tender and juicy steaks! We will be using Big Green Eggs from Bassemier’s Fireplace and Patio-Spa for this unique class!
