Chef Aimee is taking us on a world tour this month!  We’ll start in southeast Asia, with a delicious Filipino lunch.  Pancit is a traditional noodle dish made with a medley of vegetables and meat, seasoned with soy sauce and citrus.  This dish will transport you right to the warm waters of the Philippines!
