Jim is a KCBS master barbecue teacher and a highly decorated barbecue pit master; he’s taught barbecue classes around the world and many here at Thyme in the Kitchen. In Jim’s class, you will learn everything from barbecue to basics to some “secrets” that earned him 76 grand-championships over his 28-year competition career. We will be using Big Green Eggs from Bassemier’s Fireplace and Patio-Spa for this unique class! Limited cash bar available.
