Eating local means enjoying and supporting foods grown and prepared from our own community. Savor freshly harvested, densely nutritious foods, with less packaging waste, in support of local and regional farmers and producers while you help to grow our local foods economy.

Menu: chilled roasted red pepper soup, watermelon-feta-mint salad, tomato-basil pasta, and a baked fruit compote with crumble topping. Each dish is vegan with a cheese sub for the feta, if requested
