In this incredibly popular hands-on class, students will learn how to decorate cookies for Spring!  Cathy will teach the correct way to outline and flood cookies, along with sugaring.  A water color technique, fondant and learning to make royal icing transfers will also be taught

Menu: Each student will decorate and take home three completed cookies, Cathy’s favorite cookie and icing recipes, and baking tips
