Welcome Chef Hichem Ameur to our kitchen!  Chef Ameur has extensive culinary experience and has traveled to over 50 countries learning diverse culinary techniques.  His culinary style can be characterized by a fusion of traditional Tunisian & French techniques.  This class will be an opportunity to try a delicious new type of cuisine!

Menu: Harira soup (a lentil & chickpea soup with fresh herbs and warm spices), Tajine with chicken, chicken with couscous, magrouth (a pastry filled with dates & figs) & a delicious Tunisian qahwah (an Arabic coffee)
