We are so excited to welcome Pam Reimann to our kitchen! Pam, a local wine expert and owner of Wine-Oh! Tours and Events, holds a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), an internationally recognized qualification in wine knowledge. She is a certified American Wine Expert and has completed studies with Napa Valley Wine Academy and the Champagne MOOC in France.

Pam is teaming up with Chef Aimee for this one-of-a-kind experience! Together they thoughtfully created an amazing menu with wines served to complement each course. Learn the Sniff, Swirl, Sip method….Why we do that and what to look for.

Learn about how to store and serve the various types of wine and much more.  AND enjoy a wonderful dinner.  Wine is included!

Menu: Caesar Salad with artichokes and fried capers with a white wine, Creamy smoked salmon chowder with a dry rose, a palate cleanser of brie and raspberries with a sparkling wine, sous vide brisket with porcini sauce, mushrooms and glazed carrots with mashed cauliflower puree with a bold wine and a decadent dark chocolate glazed brownie with a complimentary wine
