FSEA (Franklin Street Events Association) Members

Franklin Street, Thyme in the Kitchen’s home address, is a special place. We are proud to be active members of this great local association. All year long, FSEA is working hard to promote a culture of creativity and togetherness with Evansville community events such as  Movie Night on Franklin and the Franklin Street Bazaar.

Franklin Street Gumbo Cook Off

Proud participants in the biggest gumbo cook off in Evansville. Franklin Street Events Association has done a terrific job at organizing this annual competition and fundraiser that supports local non-profit organizations. All proceeds from the past nine years has benefited the Special Olympics Vanderburgh County .

Riley Children’s Hospital Benefit

Riley Children’s Hospital is near and dear to our hearts. We select a different event each year to support the wonderful work they do. In the past, we partnered with Mater Dei High School to support their Dance Marathon for Riley. Teens came to teach a cooking class especially for kids which featured fun and kid-friendly breakfast foods.  TK also hosted a hot dog sale donating the proceeds of the sale as well as a percentage of store-wide sales to support Camp Riley!
